Dr. Adriana Gudiño offers her scientific knowledge, clinical experience, and ethical commitment to the community through comprehensive treatments based on stem cells for physical and mental well-being.
With over 17 years of experience, a personalized approach to each patient, and the philosophy that everyone should take an active role in their health care, Dr. Adriana Gudiño, a specialist in Regenerative Medicine, has arrived in Cancun offering effective and non-invasive stem cell-based treatments that gradually reduce dependency on medications and, in general, mark a before and after in the health and quality of life of those who visit her.
She is a surgeon from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara (2006) with a master's degree in Anti-Aging Medicine awarded by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in Miami, Florida (2011). She is also the author of the book "Stem Cells: It's Not Science Fiction, It's Science in Action," which discusses the benefits of this therapy.
By chance, she met biologist Ricardo Rangel, a pioneer of regenerative medicine in our country, who introduced her to this field of medicine, and from then on, she knew that this was the path she had to follow to promote these treatments to everyone who wants to improve their health and quality of life.
Thanks to her professionalism, constant updating, and quality of care, many patients have left behind illnesses that conventional medicine had not been able to treat, giving way to a much healthier, fuller, and happier life.
After 17 years of attending to patients in Mexico City at her MER Clinic (Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine), she moved to Cancun in response to many patients who came to see her from the southeast and the Yucatan Peninsula. Of course, she travels every week to continue attending to her patients in the capital and nearby cities.
"In addition to the potential in the field of medical tourism, the Mexican Caribbean has many benefits for quality of life, which is my particular priority, so I decided to stay in Cancun," she commented.
She invites all people who consider themselves healthy, starting from the age of 30, which is when symptoms generally appear due to age and oxidative stress, to those with any condition, from pediatric age, people with language problems, autism, or chronic degenerative disease, who can greatly improve with these therapies, as it is integrative functional medicine that addresses the human body as a whole, without limiting to individual organs.
CELL CLEANING
The first thing she does when a patient arrives is to request a checkup to see the general state of their body, "not to diagnose a disease, no, because in the end, a disease is a set of symptoms; I go to the roots," she clarifies.
She comments that from the age of 30 or 40, people's hormonal system is deficient, vulnerable, due to many years of cellular oxidative stress, poor eating habits, and unhealthy lifestyles, as well as the genetic load that predisposes to some diseases. Therefore, stem cells serve to provide maintenance; a cleaning of cells that are not functioning well.
However, she insists, it is a comprehensive treatment. "Because we are 80% mind and spirit; and 20% physical body. So my consultation is oriented to modify everything, first the mind and spirit, and then the physical body, with a quick cell regeneration work, it's like reprogramming your cells, in addition to a better nutritional plan and physical activity."
In each case, she fully commits, from knowing their history, surrounding factors, to following up on the treatment. Thanks to this, she has many success stories of people who overcame or greatly improved their health, in complicated conditions such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and fibromyalgia, or more common ones like Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and diabetes.
LIVING TISSUES, METICULOUSLY CARED FOR
The stem cells that are applied come from human placenta tissue, cultured and purified in a laboratory to ensure their efficacy and safety, from a pregnant woman who is studied and monitored throughout her pregnancy period to guarantee excellent results. "The placenta is such a virgin, new tissue, without any genetic load, that if we follow all the necessary precautions, placing it in another organism will not have any adverse reaction. I am very strict in this regard, I go to the laboratory, see the cell count, and there are many factors we take care of," she explains.
Everything is injected into the vein, because they are living cells; she recommends it once a year in the case of a healthy person, but if there is any condition, it may require other sessions. If necessary, she first administers exosomes, to prepare the body and make the absorption of stem cells much better, "so that the investment in your health is worth it 100%." The first changes can be seen overnight, but regeneration takes about a month; "after the application, we do new studies and corroborate that cholesterol levels have dropped, kidney function has improved, or any other symptomatology that the body manifests," comments Dr. Gudiño, who supports her therapies with rigorous medical and scientific controls that allow evaluating the benefits objectively.
